  • Project summary

The company HIT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT d.o.o., together with partners SINBIA DOO and Maic d.o.o., is implementing a project  “Innovative omnichannel – IOM”, reference number 2024-SPA1 055, in accordance with the project application submitted under the program “EmBRACE (Enhancing MSEs sustainaBle gRowth And CompEtitiveness)” which is conducted under Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021-2027 and is under the jurisdiction of the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment; HAMAG BICRO.

Project goal is to create a coherent experience that is user-focused and contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of each party involved. Currently, there are solutions available for communicating with guests, but none of the existing solutions are fully integrated, resulting in some communication with guests being left unaddressed or messages remaining unread. This reduces the quality of service provided and jeopardizes business competitiveness. Furthermore, there is no connection with further communication with third parties when needed, which slows down communication as it depends entirely on the human factor i.e., the person passing on the information creating a risk that this may be omitted, thus further reducing service quality. Existing solutions also lead to unnecessary expenditure of human and time resources, as one person might unknowingly communicate with the same guest through multiple channels.
